My career began in Ghana at the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC), where I served as the first Internal Auditor of the Commission. That role shaped how I think about governance, accountability, and long-term systems.
In 2014, I relocated to the United States, where I built over a decade of experience as a senior finance and accounting professional - progressing from Financial Analyst to Financial Controller within three years. I worked closely with executive teams on financial reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, and decision support.
This journey revealed a recurring problem across organizations:
technology investments fail not because of poor tools, but because of misalignment, unclear priorities, and weak adoption.
That insight defines my work today.
